The Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam
This Bridge has been known under such nickname as "The Swan", derived from the shape of bearings that support the bridge. In the "Erasmus" there are two structures: the cable bridge and the longest in the world 82-meter drawbridge. This Rotterdam Bridge is considered to be the third cable-largest bridge in the world. Since 1996, being opened by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, the bridge is still being under the construction due to the problems found in the structure. The Erasmus bridge was designed by Ben van Berkeley and completed in 1996.
